Our Pageants - Pageant Girl

The UK hosts a wide range of pageants for girls and women of different ages, backgrounds and experience levels. Several national competitions offer winners the chance to represent their country at international finals, while others focus on personal development, interview skills and confidence. Below is an overview of the main pageants and who they are open to.

UK Galaxy Pageants

The UK Galaxy Pageants are open to all girls and women aged nine and upwards. Six winners are crowned and go on to travel to America to compete in the Galaxy International Pageant.

Miss Teen Great Britain

Miss Teen GB is aimed at girls and teenagers aged 10 to 19. Three winners are crowned: Little, Junior and Miss Teen Great Britain. This is not a conventional pageant, as half of the judging is based on an interview with the judges, reflecting a focus on more than appearance alone.

Universal Woman Great Britain

Launched in 2024, Universal Woman Great Britain invites all women aged 25 to 45 to enter, whether or not they have pageant experience. There are no restrictions on weight, height, motherhood or marital status. Winners receive a trip to the international Universal Woman Official Pageant.

Teen, Miss & Ms Pageant Girl UK

A Miss Pageant Girl UK was crowned for the first time in 2019, winning a £1,000 cash prize among other awards. Miss Pageant Girl and Miss Teen Pageant Girl UK serve as ambassadors for the Pageant Girl organisation and spend a year as part of the Pageant Girl family.

Miss International UK

The winner of Miss International UK wins a trip to Japan to compete in the Miss International final. The pageant was launched in the UK in 2014, marking the first time the live UK finals had been held for more than two decades.

UK’s National Miss

Created in 2021 during the COVID-19 lockdown, UK’s National Miss has become one of the most popular pageants in the country. It is open to all girls and women aged 12 and upwards. The grand final runs over two days: the first is given over to team building, empowerment workshops and a pyjama party, while the second covers rehearsals, interviews and stage appearances, ending with five winners being crowned.
